Do NOT send back any products that contains worn marks or if it surpassed 30 days from the date you received it as the return will not be processed/accepted.

All returns must be sent with Shipping Charges, Duties and Taxes paid by the sender. Tredstep does not pay for any fees regarding returns (except the ones sent with the pre-paid return label).

Tall Boots, Riding and Country
(applies to the 48 Contiguous U.S. States only)

Tredstep has a free return Policy on all Tall Boots both Riding and Country . If you are returning one of these items please use the LABEL Provided. A returns label was provided in the box with your boots, please attach this to the shipping carton and drop off at your local FedEx depot.

PLEASE NOTE Free Returns does not apply to any items from our Outlet or Sale sections, or specifict discounted items throughout the website. If you wish to return a “sale” item, please check “USA Returning any item except Tall Boots“.

When sending back a product ensure the original delivery docket is also included in the parcel or if this is missing, please ensure your original order number in included. Without this we will be unable to track your return.

Please ensure the product is placed back in its original packaging in a way that it may be returned to stock. Any returns received with damaged or missing packaging will have a repackaging fee applied and deducted from your refund.

Once your product has been received back and our team have inspected it, we will then proceed to issuing a refund. Credit for refunded items will be applied to the credit or payment method used to make the original purchase.

*Please note that due to the international shipping between Canada and the US, you must place 3 copies of the commercial invoice attached onto the shipping carton next to the label. This will avoid your return to get stuck on the customs border agency.
