Tredstep has a free return Policy on all Tall Boots both Riding and Country . If you are returning one of these items please use the LABEL Provided. A returns label was provided in the box with your boots, please attach this to the shipping carton and drop off at your local UPS depot

PLEASE NOTE Free Returns does not apply to any items from  our Outlet or Sale sections, or specifict discounted items throughout the website. If you wish to return a “sale” item, please check “Ireland & EU Countries ALL Items“.

When sending back a product ensure the original delivery docket is also included in the parcel or if this is missing, please ensure your original order number is included. Without this we will be unable to track your return.

Please ensure the product is placed back in its original packaging in a way that it may be returned to stock. Any returns received with damaged or missing packaging will have a repackaging fee applied and deducted from your refund.

Once your product has been received back and our team have inspected it, we will then proceed to issuing a refund. Credit for refunded items will be applied to the credit or payment method used to make the original purchase.

Due to BREXIT, all shipments from the United Kingdom to Ireland are now considered International Shipping, occurring customs charges. However, Tredstep has now a facility located in Northern Ireland, which means that you do not need to pay these customs charges when returning your Tredstep product.

Once your return reaches our Partner’s facility in Northern Ireland, it will be forwarded to our warehouse in Dublin by the end of that week. Due to this process, the refund may take a few more days to be processed. Once your product has been received back and our team have inspected it, we will then proceed to issuing a refund. Due to Brexit, we are unable to provide a “returns label” to you, however, we can book a collection with Parcelforce. Our team will send you the collection details and a Parcelforce driver should pass by your address and collect the parcel.

Please remove any sorts of shipping labels from the ‘shipping carton’ before handling it to the Parcelforce agent/driver. The Parcelforce agent/driver will take care of your return by adding the return label in the box.

*Please note: If you are not available when the pickup is arranged, it is your responsibility to contact Parcelforce and reschedule the pickup.
