*Please note: Due to Brexit restrictions, place 3 copies of the original invoice received in an envelope and attach it next to the address label. After this, drop the box off a postal service of your preference. Before leaving, ask the post agent if everything is OK to be returned safely and correctly. Without the above, we will be unable to receive your return as it will not be accepted by the border customs office.
When sending back a product ensure the original delivery docket is also included in the parcel or if this is missing, please ensure your original order number in included. Without this we will be unable to track your return.
Please ensure the product is placed back in its original packaging in a way that it may be returned to stock.
Any returns received with damaged or missing packaging will have a repackaging fee applied and deducted from your refund.
Once your product has been received back and our team have inspected it, we will then proceed to issuing a refund. Credit for refunded items will be applied to the credit or payment method used to make the original purchase.
